For SEND Professionals

Senbridge works selectively, and in depth, with experienced SEND professionals.

We work with Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, SEND Case Officers, EHCP Coordinators, Tribunal Officers, and Interim SEND Leaders.

Representation

Your details are not put forward without a conversation. Potential engagements are discussed with you first.

Representation begins with understanding your professional context: the work you do, the service environment you prefer, your experience, your priorities, and the kind of engagement that would make sense for you. That understanding shapes each conversation that follows, and it is revisited as your circumstances change.

When an engagement arises that may suit you, it is discussed with you before anything else happens. You decide whether you want to pursue it. Senbridge does not introduce you to any commissioning service without your prior agreement.

Senbridge values professional relationships that remain useful beyond one engagement. Quality, fit, and continuity matter more than volume.

Professional Value

Experience, specialism, and professional judgement should be reflected in every engagement, from the first conversation.

Experienced SEND professionals each bring different levels of seniority, statutory knowledge, specialist expertise, and service experience. Those differences matter whenever an engagement is defined, discussed, and priced. They are part of the conversation from the start, not an afterthought added later.

Senbridge considers each requirement individually. Rates and terms reflect the role, experience, location, availability, and prevailing market conditions.

For scarce or highly specialist capability, market conditions can move quickly. Senbridge approaches those conversations transparently, so the professional understands the requirement and the Local Authority can assess the engagement on its merits. Clarity on both sides leads to better decisions, and to engagements that last.

Your expertise matters. So do the role, the context, and the terms of the engagement. Each is discussed openly with you before any introduction is made.

Confidentiality

Your current employer is not contacted without permission.

We do not make speculative enquiries or disclose that you have contacted us. If an engagement later requires references or other checks, these are discussed with you before any contact.

Nothing about a potential introduction is shared with a commissioning service without your knowledge and prior agreement. Each opportunity is discussed with you in advance, and you decide whether to proceed.

What Happens Next

Senbridge works with a small number of practitioners.

We do not represent everyone who contacts us. We accept representation only when we are confident that your experience aligns with the kinds of requirements Senbridge supports, and that we have the capacity to give the professional relationship the attention it deserves.

Selectivity is part of the model. Representation only makes sense where your expertise is a credible fit for the requirements Senbridge supports.

01

Initial conversation.

A substantive conversation about your experience, your professional context, the work you want to do, and the kinds of engagement that would represent a meaningful next step for you.

02

Introduction by agreement.

No introduction to any commissioning Local Authority takes place without your prior agreement. You are briefed on the opportunity and decide whether you want to proceed.

03

Ongoing relationship.

Senbridge remains available after your engagement begins. We keep the professional relationship open, discuss how the engagement is working, and can talk about what comes next when that becomes relevant to you.

Start a Conversation

Tell us about your work.

This begins a conversation. It is not an application.

We will review your enquiry and respond where a conversation may help.

Your enquiry is handled in confidence. No introduction is made without your prior agreement. Please do not include health, medical or other sensitive personal information. If there is something of that kind you would like us to take into account, raise it directly in conversation.
